An Intentional Return to Your Body’s Natural Rhythm. The New Client Intake is a 90-minute immersion designed to help re-establish the harmony of your internal ecosystem. Rooted in a 3rd-generation legacy of the Woods Gravity Method, this is a manual, non-pressurized approach that honors the intelligence of your digestive system and the natural flow of your body. Your Experience Includes: Deep Listening: We begin by sitting together to map your unique biological journey. This is a space to look beyond symptoms and understand your body’s story, setting the stage for deep, restorative work. The Woods Gravity Session: A gentle, rhythmic flow that utilizes the quiet power of gravity. This manual process encourages a natural release, respecting your body’s peristalsis. Live Probiotic Support: A foundational shot of Probioform—a live probiotic that helps replaces the good bacteria to support a thriving, balanced internal environment. Apothecary Support: A curated cold-pressed ginger or clean energy shot to stabilize metabolic fire and settle the system. Integrated Guidance: We conclude by weaving your experience into a supportive framework for your daily life. This is a collaborative space where I provide the guidance needed to protect and nurture your progress as your body continues its restoration. To ensure the depth of care and presence each individual deserves, I limit my practice to two new client intakes per day.
Cancellation Policy
All fees are non-refundable but can be used as credit for future services. To cancel or reschedule (up to 72 hours in advance), visit the website or use the app. You may also call or text 470-418-5117 within the 72-hour window. Clients may reschedule each session ONCE to ensure fair access to all. Credits for future services must be redeemed within 2 weeks of the original appointment date. To ensure the best possible experience, all new clients are required to complete a client profile form sent via encrypted email. This form is due 72 hours prior to session time to avoid cancellation.
