Service Description
The Gravity Protocol is an intentional maintenance session reserved exclusively for clients who have received care within the last 90 days. This time frame is intended to help support continued nervous and digestive system regulation. Protocol Requirement: To maintain our clinical standard of care, clients who have surpassed the 90 day window are required to book as a "New Client" for a full reassessment of their systemic health. This ensures your progress is monitored with the precision our lineage demands.
Cancellation Policy
All fees are non-refundable but can be used as credit for future services. To cancel or reschedule (up to 48 hours in advance), visit the website or use the app. You may also call or text 470-418-5117 within the 48-hour window. Clients may reschedule each session ONCE to ensure fair access to all. Credits for future services must be redeemed within 2 weeks of the original appointment date. To ensure the best possible experience, all new clients are required to complete an Initial Reflection form sent via encrypted email. This form is due 48 hours prior to session time to avoid cancellation. There is a 15-minute grace period before a session is marked as a no-show.
