Cancellation Policy
The Priority Protocol is designed for acute needs that require immediate intervention. Online scheduling is available with a 24-hour lead time. For same-day needs, please contact The Practice directly at 470-418-5117 to inquire about manual placement on the calendar. All fees are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule (up to 24 hours in advance), visit the website or use the app. You may also call or text 470-418-5117 within the 24-hour window. Clients may reschedule each session ONCE to ensure fair access to all. Credits for future services must be redeemed within 2 weeks of the original appointment date. To ensure the best possible experience, all new clients are required to complete an Initial Reflection form sent via encrypted email. This form is due 24 hours prior to session time to avoid cancellation. There is a 15-minute grace period before a session is marked as a no-show.
