Cancellation Policy
All fees are non-refundable but can be used as credit for future services. To cancel or reschedule (up to 24 hours in advance), visit www.colontherapyworks.com or use the Colon Therapy Works app. You may also call or text 470-418-5117 within the 24-hour window. Clients may reschedule each session ONCE to ensure fair access to popular time slots. Credits for future services must be redeemed within 2 weeks of the original appointment date, after which they will expire without extension. To ensure the best possible experience, all new clients are required to complete a client profile form (without exception) sent via a separate encrypted email. This form is due 24 hours prior to appointment time to avoid cancelation and forfeiture of appointment time. To avoid impacting another client's appointment, there is a 15-minute grace period before a session is canceled and marked as a no call/no show by Colon Therapy Works. No shows will forfeit the session, a session from a package, or one session from a membership, and will lose the ability to reschedule missed session. Clients will be notified of no shows using the contact information provided at booking, so it’s crucial to keep your details accurate and updated for important notifications.
