Three Generations of Colon Therapists
Colon Therapy Works was established in 1980 by Dr. Georgiana Moore and her daughter Verdana Williams after years of searching for a remedy for Verdana's intense and chronic stomach pain. During their search, they learned of Dr. Robert Wood, who treated Verdana with her first colonic utilizing the Woods Gravity Method of colon therapy which gently removes toxins and other waste from the colon. The results prompted Dr. Moore and Verdana to further explore the importance of colon health and the impact it has on our well-being and quality of life. They enrolled in Dr. Wood's Australian Naturopathic School for colon therapy and would later establish Colon Therapy Works. For over 40 years, Colon Therapy Works has served thousands of clients and trained others in the Wood Method of colon therapy. Among those trained under Verdana's guidance is her daughter Kiya Williams. In addition to the training received by her mother, she has also studied at the Wood Hygienic Institute. Kiya continues her family legacy of serving and educating others on the importance of colon health and utilizing the Wood Method of colon therapy.
