CTW Shop Return & Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Return/Refund Eligibility

We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items.

 

Returns and refunds will ONLY be processed if an item is found to be broken or damaged upon arrival, and the damage is clearly a result of transit or a manufacturing defect.

Process for Damaged or Broken Items

  1. Notification: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or broken.

  2. Evidence: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage, including the original packaging (box and internal cushioning). To improve future package shipments, we are implementing this step.

  3. Review: Once the evidence is received and reviewed, we will determine if the damage qualifies for a return or refund.

  4. Resolution: If approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

    • A full refund.

    • A replacement of the damaged item.

    • A partial refund if the damage is minor and the customer wishes to keep the item.

Juice Lady ATL Products - Made to Order

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of all Juice Lady ATL products (e.g., cleanses, bottled juices, wellness shots), these items are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. No returns or exchanges can be accepted on these products. If you receive a product that is spoiled or damaged upon immediate delivery, you must follow the "Process for Damaged or Broken Items" steps outlined above within 4 hours of delivery for review and potential credit.

Hurom Juicer - Final Sale and Warranty Information

The Hurom Juicer is considered a FINAL SALE item and is NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE through us, regardless of whether the box has been opened or the product used.

 

Hurom stands behind the quality of each of their juicers and, for that reason, they require that customers work directly with them to resolve any operational or defect-related issues. Their phenomenal warranty program ensures comprehensive support for your purchase. Hurom is known for providing excellent customer support and comprehensive warranty coverage for their juicers.

 

  • Action for Defects: Please refer to the warranty card included with your Hurom Juicer or visit the official Hurom website for instructions on filing a warranty claim.

  • Our Responsibility: We are not responsible for warranty claims, repairs, or replacements related to the Hurom Juicer. Your purchase is protected solely by the manufacturer's warranty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally considered non-returnable and are excluded from our general return policy (unless damaged/broken upon arrival as specified above):

  • Any product explicitly marked as "Final Sale."

  • Perishable goods.

  • Items used or consumed (unless deemed defective).

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
