Cancellation Policy
CTW Gold Membership benefits include: access to the members-only Discount Referral Program, accrual of Loyalty Points for products and services, 20% off all CTW Store products with members-only code, access to a monthly blog and forum, and preferred scheduling options on the CTW App & Website. Members will also have access to our upcoming LIVE sessions! All fees are non-refundable but can be used as credit for future services. Cancel or reschedule appointments (up to 24 hours in advance) at www.colontherapyworks.com or via the Colon Therapy Works app, or by calling/texting 470-418-5117. Clients may reschedule once to ensure fair access to time slots. Credits must be redeemed within one month of the original appointment date and will not be extended. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, sessions are canceled as no call/no shows. No shows forfeit the session (or one session from a package/membership) and the ability to reschedule. Clients will be notified of no shows via the contact information provided at booking; please ensure your details are accurate and up-to-date. We look forward to serving you. K.
